Symposium bude sestávat z několika tematických bloků:
- Development of the Brass Quintet and Brass Chamber Music
- The History and Development of British Dance Bands
- Highlights of the Webb Collection and brass archives at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland
Součástí akce bude i závěrečný koncert s repertoárem malých žesťových souborů 19. století interpretovaný na nástroje z Webb Collection.
